Sadly over charged after confirming price upon booking a taxi. Both collections from each location were 30 minutes past confirmed booking times however all sorted by a very understanding operations manager who took ownership of performance and applied a discount.

I will be addressing it internally with my staff to ensure that this does not happen again. As mentioned on the phone the wrong tariff was used by my staff when quoting / making your booking. You asked for 6 people which is a maxi tariff and the price that was quoted from my staff was for 4 passengers which is a totally different tariff. In relation to being late i can only apologise and hope that next time is a better experience.
